Tool: Evernote
I use Evernote because I can clip things from the web with the very effective bookmarklet, shoot it into my notes without even having to open them, and sync up with the sexy Mac desktop app they provide. I was so impressed with this service I bought a subscription, though I was far from needing it. Give it a shot. It’s far superior to post it notes stuck to your office walls.
